22-year old rookie, righty swinging 3B Alex Bregman will be out for the remainder of the regular season due to a hamstring injury. Bregman has played in 47 games in his first taste of the show and he is 51 of 196 (.260 avg, .791 OPS) with 31 runs scored, 8 homers, 32 RBI and 2 stolen bases. He was really raking in September before he got hurt. Bregman played in 13 games in September for the Astros and he was 18 of 57 (.316 avg, .988 OPS) with 8 runs scored, 3 homers, 12 RBI and 2 stolen bases. Lucky for the Houston Astros, they have 32-year old righty swinging Yulieski Gurriel to take over at 3B. Gurriel has played in 22 games in his first taste of the majors for the Astros so far this year and he is 25 of 76 (.329 avg, .850 OPS) with 9 runs scored, 3 homers, 10 RBI and 1 stolen base.
