26-year old righty swinging 2B Jose Altuve of the Houston Astros won a Silver Slugger Award in 2016 for the third season in a row! Altuve played in 161 games for the Astros last year and he was 216 for 640 (.338 avg, .928 OPS) with 108 runs scored, 24 homers, 96 RBI and 30 stolen bases. Altuve led the Major Leagues in hits (216) and the American League in batting average (.338) in 2016! He has now played in 829 games in his first six years in the show (all with the Astros) and he is 1,046 of 3,361 (.311 avg, .790 OPS) with 449 runs scored, 60 homers, 322 RBI and 199 stolen bases. The sky is the limit for Altuve, as I see him being a 30/30 man in the near future.
